SPF revisted...

If you've read my blog at all or met me, you should know that I'm a huge advocate of sunscreen. Especially because I live in sunny Florida, have fair skin, and have already had a few moles removed...

BUT the weather has been so strange that I guess I spaced the other day when out for a bike ride. I was enjoying my ride so much and didn't realize I was out for three hours on a day the temperature probably spiked at 90 degrees. Ouch! So yeah... I got a little sunburnt.

I'm using it as a reminder to load up on the sunscreen next time! I even went out and purchased a new bottle so I'm prepared to fight off the rays!!
